DAY OF COORDINATION

The day of coordination is very important for flow through the day. This service helps to provide you with a seamless event with no hiccups.  Once you fill out your wedding planning document, our team reviews it, sets up a call to discuss all of your selections and paints a picture for your day.  After the phone call, your itinerary is put into a color coded schedule on Excel, loaded on our numerous iPads, and paper copies printed and handed out to the remaining vendors working on the event.   For the couples who choose to plan their own weddings, this service puts them at ease knowing that we are there to pay attention to the details so they can focus on enjoying their wedding.  We are also familiar with working with event planners who are often times excited to work with a band with this type of organization and professionalism.  With the experience from hundreds of weddings we have fine tuned our preparation skills and we know what to ask before your big day.  You and your love should be focused on each other and having fun!
